Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to direct bookings made with Abhilashi Residency & Spa through our website, phone, email, WhatsApp, or front desk. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Standard Cancellation Timeline

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in date.
• Cancellation between 7 and 13 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellation within 0 to 6 days of check-in, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

2. Peak Season and Blackout Dates

For long weekends, festive dates, New Year period, and other notified blackout dates, stricter cancellation terms may apply and will be shared at the time of booking confirmation. In such periods, the booking amount may be fully non-refundable.

3. Booking Modifications

• Date change requests are subject to room availability and prevailing tariff.
• Modification requests made less than 7 days before check-in may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.
• If revised dates have higher tariffs, the difference must be paid by the guest.

4. Group and Corporate Bookings

Group bookings (typically 3 or more rooms) and corporate reservations may have custom cancellation schedules, payment milestones, and retention terms. The signed quote/proforma invoice shall prevail for such bookings.

5. Third-Party Bookings

If your reservation was made through online travel agencies or any third-party partner, the cancellation policy of that platform will apply. Please contact the respective booking source directly for changes and cancellations.

6. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond reasonable control (such as natural calamity, road closure, government restrictions, strikes, or severe weather), the hotel may offer date adjustment or credit note support at its discretion. Cash refund in such situations is not guaranteed unless required by law.
