Terms and Conditions

Effective date: July 22, 2026

These terms govern all reservations, stays, and use of services at Abhilashi Residency & Spa. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from the hotel.
  • Tariffs are subject to change until reservation is formally confirmed.
2. Check-in and Check-out
  • Standard check-in time: 1:00 PM.
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Identification

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. International guests must present passport and valid travel documents as per law.

4. Occupancy and Extra Person
  • Room occupancy limits must be followed as per booking plan.
  • Extra bed/mattress is chargeable and subject to room category and availability.
5. Conduct and Property Use
  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow hotel policies.
  • Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be chargeable.
  • Use of prohibited substances, illegal activities, or behavior disturbing other guests may lead to immediate termination of stay without refund.
6. Payments and Taxes
  • All charges must be settled before departure unless otherwise agreed.
  • Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing government regulations.
7. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund are governed by our dedicated Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Liability Limitation

The hotel is not liable for loss or damage of valuables not deposited with authorized hotel custody. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted services cannot be guaranteed in circumstances beyond control.

9. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, road closures, government orders, labor disruption, or utility outages.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
